Interfacing with this network node, accessible from eleganceandink.co, constitutes a binding agreement to the following Conditions of Engagement. You are responsible for ensuring your operations comply with all applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site and its Archive. All intel and materials contained herein are protected by copyright and trademark law.
// PROTOCOL 1: TRANSMISSION CLEARANCE (USE LICENSE) //
Permission is granted for the temporary download of one copy of the materials (intel) on the Elegance & Ink network for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a limited clearance, not a transfer of title. Under this clearance, you may not:
- Modify or copy the intel;
- Use the intel for any commercial purpose or for any public display;

- Transfer the intel to another operative or "mirror" the intel on any other server.
Violation of any of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your access privileges. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

Elegance & Ink and its network suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that arise from the use or inability to use the materials on this network, even if an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
