All artifacts are dispatched from our central archive. Every transmission is handled with precision. The following protocol outlines the terms of deployment for all operatives.

DOMESTIC OPERATIONS (U.S.A.)

Standard dispatch within the continental United States proceeds without complication via our established logistical channels.

INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS & CUSTOMS PROTOCOL

Operatives receiving a dispatch outside of the United States are responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees levied by their local jurisdiction.

These fees are not determined by Elegance & Ink and are not included in the cost of the artifact or its dispatch. They are a mandatory tariff imposed by the receiving territory's governing body, over which we have no control.

Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the dispatch being returned to The Archive. In this event, the original order is considered forfeit and will not be eligible for a refund. The mission was attempted; the resources were spent.
