Our gear is armor. It's built to endure. But we are all human, and sometimes a transmission is flawed. If an artifact is compromised or a uniform is not to spec, we will make it right.

Our protocol is designed to be clear and protect the integrity of the network—both ours and yours.

Small Details:

Time Window: Recall requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Item Integrity: Artifacts must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Trying on for fit is an approved reconnaissance mission; field use is not.

The Process:

1. Initiate the recall by contacting our secure channel: [ support@eleganceandink.co ] with your order number and the issue.

2. Once your return is approved, you will be issued store credit for the full value of the item. This allows you to acquire a different size or a new artifact from The Archive at your convenience.

Damaged Transmissions: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover all costs to dispatch a replacement. We made the error; we will correct it.

The Fine Print: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the operative, unless the artifact was received compromised.
